SHADES OF BEAUTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services and Appointments

We provide a range of professional beauty services that can be conveniently booked via our digital platform. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the operational guidelines set forth by Shades of Beauty, which are designed to maintain high-quality service standards for all of our clients and professional team.

2. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the total price of the service may be due, in line with salon policy. Shades of Beauty provides a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this grace period, an additional late fee may apply and the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other customers.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Customers may receive SMS/text messages from Shades of Beauty only when they specifically request or consent to receive them. Messages may include requested booking links, appointment-related information, and customer-service communications. Consent may be provided verbally during a phone call when a customer specifically asks to receive information by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Customer Consent

Customers provide SMS consent verbally during a phone call with Shades of Beauty. When a customer specifically requests information by text, the virtual assistant confirms the request by stating: “Absolutely! I can text that information to the phone number you’re calling from. By asking me to send this text, you agree to receive the requested SMS message from Shades of Beauty. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Is it okay for me to send it?” The SMS message is sent only after the customer confirms yes. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Personal information and SMS consent are handled according to the Shades of Beauty Privacy Policy to ensure customer information remains protected.
